KING YOUNG Technology Attends Nanjing "AI + Emergency Management" Roadshow, Rail Transit Intelligent Inspection Technology Empowers Urban Safety

September 04, 2026

Recently, Nanjing's "Artificial Intelligence+Emergency Management" roadshow was held in Nanjing International Expo Conference Center. The event focused on the deep integration of AI technology and emergency management, focusing on the innovative achievements of urban safety and smart governance.

KING YOUNG Technology, as a state-level specialized new giant enterprise, was invited to participate in the conference, bringing a roadshow of key components precision inspection capability project from rail transit inspection, and sharing practical solutions for intelligent operation and maintenance of major infrastructure.

The activity was presided over by Lin Tao, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and executive deputy mayor, with Zhao Zhigang, deputy director of the Department of Science and Information Technology of the Emergency Management Department, as a special tutor, and Ren Huiqi, academician of China Academy of Engineering, Dean Bian Leixiang of Nanjing University of Science and Technology and other experts came to give guidance.

The Municipal Emergency Bureau released the list of the ability to unveil the list and the list of scene requirements on the spot, and carried out technical exchanges and docking negotiations around various emergency scenes such as urban safety, mines, fire protection, rail transit, warehousing and logistics.

Rail Transit Safety Prevention and Control: Pain Point and Challenge of Traditional Maintenance

As a key infrastructure in the city, rail transit is prone to safety accidents, such as loose train parts, foreign body intrusion, damaged parts and so on. The traditional manual trench maintenance mode has difficult working conditions, and the skylight window period is tight. It is also difficult for paper ledger to realize digital tracing of faults, which has become a prominent pain point for emergency prevention and control of rail transit safety.

However, the rail transit has a very low tolerance for missing detection of key safety items, which requires the robot not only to "see", but also to accurately locate specific components and stably determine their status.

KING YOUNG Robot: A Leap from "Seeing" to "Judging"

KING YOUNG is based on the actual needs of rail transit operation and maintenance. Our self-developed train intelligent inspection robot focuses on the core needs such as precise dimension measurement of parts and components and high-precision wear defect identification in complex scenes. Relying on the self-developed 3D vision +AI multi-modal sensing core technology, KING YOUNG can achieve high-precision positioning of equipment, high-definition imaging, and accurate quantitative defect detection in semi-structured and difficult special operation scenes, and create a series of precision inspection robots suitable for various complex industrial scenes.

The system has been implemented in Nanjing, Chongqing, Kunming and other urban rail transit groups on a large scale, and has been deeply serving well-known enterprises such as CRRC, China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd., major rail companies and National Energy Group.

Technology Migration: Scene Replication from Rail Transit to Emergency

These fine inspection capabilities at the component level and point level precipitated in rail transit have the same characteristics as a large number of tasks in emergency management and high-risk industrial scenes: clear points, long-term repeated inspection, high sensitivity to missed inspection, and frequent entry of personnel into the site itself is risky. Whether it is the state of key valves and switches, the integrity of connectors and interfaces, or the instrument readings and external anomalies of equipment, they all follow similar detection logic.

Therefore, KING YOUNG is gradually migrating the high-standard detection capability of rail transit to dangerous, park and high-risk industrial sites-not to build an "emergency robot capable of doing everything", but to cut in from real key components and clear detection tasks, so that technology can take the lead in the most urgent needs.

In this roadshow, KING YOUNG Technology brought mature rail transit infrastructure detection capabilities into emergency management scenarios, providing a replicable and scalable technology paradigm for risk monitoring of major urban infrastructure and early detection and early disposal of hidden dangers.

In the future, we will continue to deeply cultivate body intelligence and 3D visual perception technology, fully meet the needs of Nanjing's "artificial intelligence+emergency management" scene, and extend the precision detection capability accumulated in the rail transit field to more urban lifeline and major infrastructure safety monitoring scenes, and build a city security defense line with intelligent equipment.
